Simply add the Lucky Shakti Leaf to any boiling liquid that is slightly acidified.
Such as daal, curries, stews, or even just water with a few drops of lemon.
Acidic ingredients include: citrus, tomatoes, tamarind, vinegar, or even citric powder.
Boil for 10 minutes.
The combination of high temperature and slight acidity will help the Leaf release natural iron into the liquid.
Don’t worry- the taste, colour or smell of your food will not be altered.
After 10 minutes, remove the Lucky Shakti Leaf and simply wash and thoroughly dry it.
